In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, our activities as a physical distributor, including warehousing, are subject to the Logistics Services Conditions, with the exception of the arbitration clause.<\/p>\n
If desired, Schreurs Extra bv will send you these conditions free of charge.<\/p>\n
Any general terms and conditions or deviating stipulations on your part are hereby expressly rejected, unless confirmed to you in writing by the authorized director of Schreurs Extra bv.<\/p>\n
Dutch law applies exclusively.<\/p>\n
The court of Limburg, location Roermond, the Netherlands has exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes.<\/p>\n
Euro pallet exchange is only possible upon written request, and with a clear,
statement about this on the order, which request must be specifically accepted in writing by Schreurs Ex-Tra bv,
and only on routes within the Benelux and Germany.
Only used pallets are returned.
The client guarantees that Euro pallets are exchanged immediately by the recipient.
Schreurs Ex-Tra bv is never liable for the quality and keeping records, backlogs of Euro pallets.<\/p>\n
